Billable job activities such as labor hours worked, materials used, expenses incurred are tracked in detail and include the ability to add public or private comments to each activity. Customizable permissions allow businesses to keep their profit margins private from their techs while enabling more visibility for more senior staff. Billable work can also be billed to a service contract and non-billable activities are also supported. Each work order can be exported to the accounting system for invoicing and payment.
