Predictive Planning Assumptions use time-series techniques trained on an organisation's own historical data to generate suggested assumptions for budgets and forecasts. Every suggested value is adjustable and every decision is recorded in an audit trail. The Help Agent is an in-platform assistant that supports users as they work, answering questions in natural language grounded in IDU documentation. The Insight Agent analyses financial data to highlight variances, trends, and anomalies across budgets, forecasts, and actuals, and translates results into plain language explanations. AI-assisted features are opt-in and can be configured at the organisation, team, or user level.\n\nThe platform connects to ERP and GL source systems via native API or SSIS package, reading the existing chart of accounts, organisational structure, and actuals directly. Deployment options include on-premise, a customer-owned cloud tenancy on Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, or fully managed by IDU on Microsoft Azure.
