The ability to allow all of workers to connect through a single app and see everything they need to see for their job that day

Some of the abilities need to be updated because it's still a little janky on Android

Seeing my paystubs, W-2's, requesting time off, see time off taken, and clocking in and seeing time.

There's nothing not to like about it. Personally, I love having that control over my information.

Ease of use when it comes to everyday use. Things such as time cards, scheduling, and payroll.

Things you do not use as often are almost impossible to figure out on your own and you have to call ADP to get help quickly.

Ease of use on the user end. Great intergraded platform

Higher on the price point. Still reviewing if this the cost is worth it or not

ADP's system is very robust, and I like the layout of the platform and how you can easily navigate between sections and find the same information on multiple tabs. I also love the 'Field grabber' option for reports, it makes it so easy to pick exactly what item you need for reporting and know which section you are grabbing it from.

The employee welcome/homepage can be improved a bit. It was a little difficult to add items/documents for employees to see

User-Friendly Interface Many users find the interface to be intuitive and easy to navigate, even for those who may not be very tech-savvy. The platform allows for a seamless experience when entering data, running reports, and accessing various HR functions.

There have been complaints about occasional system glitches, outages, or slowdowns, especially during peak payroll times. These technical issues can disrupt workflows and cause frustration among users.

I am an end user, and I find it to be very user-friendly and easy to enter data

I haven’t found a downside to it. Of course as with any software, there is an initial learning curve. Sometimes not learning curve can be enormous, sometimes not learning curve really requires broad familiarity with software like ADP. Mercifully, it’s been designed with humans in mind and requires perhaps 15 minutes to become familiar with the software

Easy to use, I love that I can send the forms to the employees to fill out instead of me having to fill out everything.

The only complaint I have is with having to always change my password.

As a new employee who uses this software, I found no issues with it whatsoever. It was user friendly and comprehensive; further, I was able to get my work done in an expeditious manner.

Technical support resulted in calls being transferred from one assistant to another; however, our problem was resolved and that was greatly appreciated.

How it is very user-friendly in term of employee use and admin use.

Not everything is included or example the organization chart is extract. Some features we do not have a complete control off and must contact a rep. Some reps are not knowledgeable and point you in different directions.

The reporting structure was great, one of the best.

Customer support was almost nonexistent.

ADP is incredible for management of many workplace tasks such as time clock, timesheet pay and PTO management.

Since i work evenings sometimes when i check ADP at late ours some services are unavailable.

- If doing payroll for multiple companies, starting payroll on one locks all companies

ADP Workforce Now allows you to log in via the mobile app or on a your personal browser or in your work browser. The mobile app says Good Morning (your name) and allows you to quickly access inform about your most recent paystub. You can view pay and tax statements to 2022. You can update your w4 tax withholding. You can view your timecard and so much more.

I provide a 4 star rating for one reason. In the past I've had other jobs using ADP Workforce Now. None of those jobs, or tax documents are listed in one ADP. In order to access this information you'd need to remember your login information

You are able to do everything in one space as well as recruiting and payroll all in one!

Nothing so far and I’ve been using for a year now.

The ease of use. Also, the variety of services you can receive to make processing payroll/ HRIS/ garnishments, etc. Always have loved using this product and most jobs I have worked at

Sometime the system can have glitches that are hard to explain and if you get someone other than your dedicated rep, they are not as knowledgeable. Again, sometimes. Other times I get great customer service all around.
