Have liked it's payroll capability which has helped in all payments operation in my company

Had to integrate to other tools and requires technicality in intergation.

Keeps me engaged with my team and allows me to understand what they are doing.

probably the exporting of time but i guess it's just me not knowing how to use it fully.

Multiple formats for tracking employees time

When it doesn’t log in an employee at house

Easy hour tracking for remote staff, easy hour tracking for billing of clients

Cannot control how long screen shots are kept and cannot easily delete them manually. I would like to delete the screen shots after each billing for security purposes.

Transparency. Is good in being able to provide valuable insights.

I think it is a bit on the expensive side.

Hubstaff is an easy to use platform that seemlessly and easily tracks time for timesheets/payroll.

Hubstaff is an external clocking program so the employee will need to remember to clock into hubstaff before working on a separate platform...hubstaff isnt automaticly engaged when an employee starts working. It is reliant on their memory to clock in hubstaff before accessing any other work program as opposed to auto clocking when accessing work programs automatically.

Makes time tracking easy, removes idle time and screenshots to make sure employees are working.

Could improve to auto remove all suspicious activity interfering in the background or simply stop the clock - if people are trying to cheat the system.

Is very easy to install, and also very detailing in every aspect of your work done.

the screenshot notification, I think we should be able to have a way to stop just the notification

It is very accurate about all the information provided, and very detailed. You can have control over all your employees.

I don't have any complain about it. Maybe how are the teams distributed can be more friendly to use.

It does track time in an accurate way and even those 15 mins before you log out automatically are thinked for you to go and take a piss or something. it is really well thinked.

i haven't found anything i dont like about it

I love using Hubstaff for our remote employees. It gives me access to see screenshots of what they are working on, assign tasks, job cost their time, and easily see what I need to pay each employee.

The only thing I do not like about Hubstaff is the desktop version needs to be downloaded to utilize the full services that hubstaff offers. I have to explain this to new employees, and some do not want to download the application.

Basic reporting features only and limited offline functions

The dashboard gives you a picture of how the business is doing. Love it!

Financial features are limited would love QB integration

After finishing the time, and closing the app, it shows an error that the time does not saved and all the time that I was working is just wasted!!!!

My employer defined this software to be used in remote jobs and because this I was supposed to use it.

It is good if you want to control your employees, if you trust them, don’t use it. It is good for outsourcing where clients ask for this type of tracking

Remote deploy and maintenance is terrible, continuous updates, if you don’t pay for a high end plan, it is very complicated to automate the installer for remote installation

The analytics show everything you'd want to see in terms of productivity and efficiency

I wish there was more customization to scheduling

Time tracking is seamless in Hubstaff. It is impressive.

There is no permission for insights, which would have been helpful.
