The simplicity of invoicing. How steamless it is in processing and approval.

The user management is manual. This should be automated. You can't download the listing of all users and the approval workflow, which is a huge flaw.

Fairly easy to use as it. All information electronic.

Does not have capacity to work with the multiple funding sources

Nothing so far, it was easy to learn and implement

Integrated payment with US vendor, synch to my accounting software, spme machine learning.

It does not pay European supplier within the app unlike for US-

Usability, great for users in many locations with significant distance between them.

Cannot have more than one user in "possession" of a record at one time.

Although I've spent my career in IT, I've had limited exposure to the financial side of things. Stampli makes performing my accounting tasks simple and straightforward. Our accountants are happy that invoices are being captured, assigned, and processed correctly the first time. And I'm happy that I'm not constantly having to bother the finance team asking for clarification and guidance.

While I have a small set of tasks that I need to perform in Stampli, I do wish that there was a calculator tool built into the line item fields. It would make it simpler to assign a dollar value to each line item if it isn't broken out on the invoice.

the program is very user friendly, and this is a fantastic way to keep control of invoices and maintain expenses.

No paper invoices, seamless approval process & all invoices saved on the cloud. Smart & intuitive AI/OCR imaging of invoices with excellent GL coding options with stellar job cost reporting functions across multiple/all vendors. Very powerful tool

Its an extra overhead cost but after having used the product I do see its value.

No PO process yet. & time to cleared ACH payments.

The ease of approving the invoices is spectacular.

So far, I have been very satisfied in our new process

Payment processing all in one program and it is accessible from anywhere and anytime. Process can be done in several devices such as desktop, laptops, tablets and smart phones.

The only downside I found is on the credit card processing of the program of having to upload or take picture of the receipts every time a transaction is made.

We really like how everything is compact and in one central system. The advanced search tools make it really easy to find invoices and the approval process is always smooth.

Only some of our team has access to the AP authorizer view which makes it easy to make any changes to an invoice that was coded incorrectly. If they don't have access, it seems to take a lot of time to reject it and then update.
