Webex does not lag like Zoom, and the conferences are much clearer.

Having used both Zoom and Webex, Webex is not as user-friendly as Zoom conferences.

For the most part, decently straightforward to use. It's pretty easy to set up a meeting, join a chat, get an invite, send an invite.

Recent changes to webex seem to have made things more confusing, like hiding an active meeting window behind webex and vice versa in a 'stack' rather than letting them float.

3.Calendar invites , meeting sharing and details sharing are easy and super hassle free.

2. Although the performance is good but it crashed easily whenever system encounter little CPU issues or spikes.

Great team collaboration and communication tool

I loved how easy to use is there UI. I have been using it primarily for communication but its been fantastic.

Sometimes, it becomes a bit cluttered when you have many people in the group chats. You do not have option to view the group clearly

Webex Suite is used in my organisation as a support tool for meetings with other institutions. The meetings are easy to schedule and the app is user friendly.

If the Microsoft tools in the organisation are managed by an Admin, the integration of calendars, meetings with outlook are really difficult to manage. Constant relogin into the tool makes it less reliable when urgent meetings take place. Naturally you can end up using Teams.

Hard to find one since it has met all the requirements.

Webex gave us the ability to incorporate a real-time viewing element when diagnosing customer issues that also layered in the simultaneous ability to consult technical SMEs and avoid escalations as well as resolve issues and questions faster. This improved the customer experience for us and customer satisfaction rose.

It is a good product with few if any drawbacks.

3. Proper detailing of meeting events and agenda with participants details.
4. Taking remote , screen sharing are easy and effective with minimal lag ever noticed.

Webex Suite is very user-friendly and easy to use. I like the screen sharing, robust security features that enhance data privacy and governance, intuitive UI, and high-quality video and audio features that does magic during meetings and video conference. The customer support has been very helpful and proactive I highly appreciate their support.

Webex Suite does not work perfectly when there is internet issues. Nevertheless I highly appreciate capabilities of this tool.

The few times it would freeze or experience technical issues

I love setting up and attending Webex meetings. It is very user-friendly, and features a reliable and secure GUI. It helps me a lot during my remote work. I use it even to send short messages to my colleagues. I easily share my files, and any screen through Webex. I can check my Webex meetings schedules every day through the Webex desktop application or mobile application. The host of a Webex webinar can control permission of the attendees.

I do not have any dislikes to mention. I really enjoy working with Webex. My workplace has purchased the platform, and therefore I can not comment on the pricing of this platform.

Webex allows me to chat, video call, and screen share with fellow coworkers which is especially helpful considering our company has multiple locations in various states. I was able to be trained by someone out of state by daily screen shares. I also appreciated that you could search a chat's history, so I was able to refer back to attachments and conversations I wanted to recall -- again, especially helpful when training. The chat feature also allows you to communicate with anyone in the company without requiring the use of personal cell phones.

There was never a time I was unable to perform above tasks by using Webex.

It allows me to connect, communicate, and collaborate in real-time with people inside and outside the organization.

I love the product so no cons yet. I am sure there are regular updates

I like that you don't have to have an actual phone to use this system.
