The integration with all other Microsoft applications through Office365.

The integration with external apps requiring a separate subscriptions to use the functionality in them.

I like the integration with Loop and Sharepoint.

The popup when you screen share is on the screen you’re sharing and at the top. I wish it were hidden. Also difficult to choose between teams and zoom.

When it works it's fantastic. Setting up and joining meetings is fairly simple unless there is a hiccup or a user isn't quite so tech savvy

Sometimes you can be all set up and ready to go and then an update happens and you have to scramble to get it all logged in again. Finding meetings isn't as intuitive as it should be unless you remember to check the calendar though as once you accept a meeting invite the message disappears!

I like the ability to schedule meetings and send out links either via a meeting planner or create my own email and include the link. I like that we can hold meetings without time restraints. I also like the Chat feature to stay in instant contact with others.

I do not have any Cons at the moment. Initially, I would have stated a Con as having difficulty in starting meetings because I would "lose" the link. However, after realizing that I could click on the calendar icon and join the meeting from the scheduled meeting, I was good. I guess this was more so user error than an actual issue with Teams (lol).

Microsoft Teams is very intuitive and simple to use. I love how collaborating with others is extremely easy, and you can switch back and forth between chatting/texting with colleagues, calling them, sharing screens, and even editing content via a SharePoint at the same time.

Sometimes Microsoft Teams can lag a bit or certain content doesn’t save as intended.

Easily accessible in mobile also when your at away from desk!

Coming from Skype this was huge improvement. Ease of use clickable links and to see history of chats and reactions. Having all the meetings history, calendar and contact all in one app is great.

sometimes there is issue with joining a meeting thru app, had to join via browser.

The most like part about Teams is the video meeting. It is very convenient and intuitive.

By far, the best part about Teams is the ability to communicate with people at all times and how easy it has made collaborative work no matter where each employee is located. The ease of sharing files, holding calls, and sending messages is a leg above the competition. It has combined into one platform what I used to have three apps to perform. And I love that it fully integrates with Office 365!

It does not impact me directly, but I could see how needing a Microsoft account to log in could be a deterrent.

The amount and diversity of functionalities resumed in only one app.

The account management used to be a problem but recently they improved it.

Microsoft Teams helps me as a PhD student, especially during the COVID-19 time, as it facilitated virtual meetings and discussions. The calendar management ensured efficient use of time and helped me share and access essential documents and data while keeping track of my research tasks.

The interface can be cluttered and overwhelming at times, and performance can slow down with larger or more complex data. Also, notifications can sometimes be excessive and distracting, and third-party integrations occasionally have compatibility issues.

I sometimes have issues when sharing my screen or connecting to our boardroom tv. The teams meeting will sometimes freeze and will need to be disconnected.

I like Microsoft Teams for the collaborative environments created using the platform. It is a helpful way to keep our organization’s communication consistent. We are able to share resources all in one place. For our students, it is a great space to create and grade assignments, practice digital literacy, and a one-stop-shop for resources and links.

I, personally, like the “friendliness” of Google Classroom over teams for using with my younger elementary students. If there was a way to adapt the overall environment to be more child-friendly, I would be more inclined to using it with my younger students. However, with adults, it has been an extremely helpful resource to use.

meeting video recording and screen sharing those are the top features IMO

constant notifications either on banners or pop-ups, they are too distracting they should just be in-chat notifs like a +1 or so in front of the pvt window or group chats just so we know where are the new messages

Teams is quick to use and the visual aspect is easy for your eyes to interpret.

It takes a few minutes longer to load then our previous platform.

Our company uses MS Teams for much of our collaborative work. It syncs well with Outlook, SharePoint, and Planner allowing us schedule meetings, share work, manage projects, and store files. The screen share function is particularly usuell in combination with Planner and SharePoint.

The interface for files copy/move is cumbersome. It suggests recent of favorite locations but does not provide a means to look up a location that is not suggested. A simple file explorer like navigation would easily resolve this.

The flexibility it provides to create project specific channels.

Managing permissions. I understand creating private channels however, it would be good to have options to set read/write/delete permissions for sub-channels.

Microsoft Teams unify teams in my organization in one place through corporate communication channels in one place which boost productivity for 24/7.

Microsoft Teams pose no error when in my line of duty - I am not expecting to encounter issues soon.
