Through Paychex Flex I can access my payroll receipts, have closer communication with human resources, have an entry and exit record to validate my hours worked, and have my benefits clear. It has been very useful because I can access it easily and at any time, an alternative to not bother human resources whenever I need them for payroll issues

Everything has been perfectly used and working perfectly, I have no problems or mistreatment

User interface was friendly to employee and employer. Great function options.

Inability to view overall breakdowns for each paystubs instead of having to view each individually

Occasionally takes a long time to load when on cellular data

It was intuitive to use and maneuver through the system.

I could not see my team at one time. I had to click into each individual to see their hours for the week.

The mobile application is helpful to have.

There are a number times the interface lags with the biometric scan

Paychex Flex is generally easy to use and did not cause me any issues between myself and my employer. I have never had to interact with customer service or file any complaints.

I have no complaints about this software. My employer did switch to a competing software after a few months so there may have been an issue on the backend.

They were very easy to talk to and report for payroll.

Pricing is higher then other online payroll providers.

Paychex flex was a easy application to navigate.

That I can review my W2 and all my paystubs in the same place whenever I need to and I can print them or download them easily. I love the clock in machine to.

The APP takes forever to log in a lot of the times. I would be on time coming back from lunch but by the time the app would open and I clocked back in I would be , sometimes up to 4 minutes late. Those minutes add up when you only get paid once a month.

I liked how the website was laid out. I also like how easy the hiring tab was to use. I really liked how everyone's PTO was on one calendar that administrators could see.

I did not like how if an employee used Paychex with a previous employer, it was very difficult to add them and separate the profiles.

It is easy to use and maintain. Set up was also easy with great support.

Some of the more involved things need support...but...it has always provided.

The customer support team really gave me an overwhelming experience. The assistance they gave at a time I was almost giving up on setting up the software was so satisfying. Ever since they assisted me, Paycheck Flex has been an easy to use software. Extremely helpful in payment management. It provides a great overview of my work and helps in creating a wonderful work environment.

Five stars worth of performance. Nothing is challenging with Paychex Flex.

Paychex flex is relatively easy to use and the App has good features.

Extremely user friendly. We have many employees who are not very tech savvy and they all seem to enjoy the ease of Paychex Flex.

From the few years we have been using Paychex Flex I do not have much to complain or dislike about it.

The seamless interface and the instant access to pay stubs!

Every now and then, I have an issue with having to reset my password, or, sometimes, my pay stub might be blurry. I exit out, and go back in, and it’s fixed.

Easy to access from home

Too many features difficult to use or wasn't set up on my account. Many reports didn't pull when requested. Didn't have reports available in Excel format.

I love the easy view of all my stubs with pay after taxes. The user interface is straightforward and easy to navigate.

I can’t see my annual pay and whether I get paid salary or hourly.

I love this app! I can quickly find my payroll information from a high level or I can drill down into the details. It is so easy to log into and find what I am looking for right away. I also like that our 401K information is also in this app so I do not have several apps for all my payroll information.

Once in a while, I can't log into the app. I get the spinning wheel of death so I close out and try to relog in. Once I had to use the website because the app would not work at all but this has been minimal and I have been using this for over 2 years.
