Pros

No more reminder phone calls. Saves on staff time plus customers like receiving a text vs. phone call.

Cons

We thought it might not customize to our industry well but it's very flexible and did just fine. Features to describe the appointment and length are greatly appreciated.

Did you know that in your Settings you can specify the default appointment length, and you can setup all of your services? That way your correct appointment length will be pre-filled when you go to setup an appointment, and you can specify what service the appointment is for, which can help customize your reminders even further!

Great user experience. They regularly ask for feedback and are always expanding and tweaking features. Our organization is growing and will soon have multiple locations with more clients, staff, and services. GoReminders will easily accommodate our growth.

Pros

GoReminders is easy to use, helps our agency keep appointments organized, and gives a professional appearance. GoReminders saves time and reduces no shows. We use the desktop version at the office and the phone app while on the go. Both are robust and easy to tailor the messaging to meet our needs. We use to schedule appointments, confirm appointments, send reminders, collect payment, and message clients. Great value for the money. And customer service is outstanding - quick responses and excellent follow up.

Cons

There is nothing I don't like about GoReminders.

I work with a team, it would be nice to have the notifications go to two email addressed in case one of us is out of the office rather than just one email address.

I love all the options it gives for different locations, reminders, and templates. My clients love it too!

Cons

The time zone scheduling. It always changes no matter what I select as far as client time zone or my standard time zone. Most of my Philly clients get reminders for their appointments while I’m actually already in the middle of the session.

Ease of implementation. Was up and running with sending reminders almost immediately.

Cons

This is very minor... would like to be able to schedule time a reminder is emailed/texted to our clients.

I absolutely love it. Super easy to set up and start using. And has helped our little family owed shop keep up with other businesses by being able to keep our customers informed via text message.

Pros

When scheduling appointments weeks ahead I love that I can text a conformation with the date and time and no longer have to remember to call my customers with a reminder. I also love that I can text them through the GoReminders platform instead of my employees having to use their personal cell phone numbers.

Cons

I wish I could schedule some appointments over the course of days instead of hours. Most of the jobs we work on are in our shop for 2-3 days

This product has made my clients more reliable to show for their appointments. I recommend this to anyone who has a busy schedule and in need of reminders.

Pros

The program has many features others do not. Personalized messages sent as reminders. Automatic weekly appointments and reminders. With Go reminder it is easy for me to notify my clients if I will be out of the office and need to reschedule. Saves time when I have to be out of the office unexpectedly.

Cons

The frequency of appointments needs more options. For example, an option to set appointments for 3 times a month.

I've been using GoReminders for over 2 years. At first, I wondered if my clients would like it. Turns out they love it. Getting one reminder 2 days before their appointment and then 2 hours before works well for them and keeps my business top of mind.

I've been using this system for a couple years now. It has really made a difference with my practice. My clients really love they get a text reminder. I used to call my clients with their reminders, so this has really been great for them.

It is very easy to use. I love that my clients are able to confirm their appointments and I can monitor the replies.

Cons

I do wish that I would get some notification when my client needs to cancel their appointment via reminder text.

What I like is that not only do they get the reminder two days before their appointment but they get another reminder two hours before. They can no longer use the excuse that they didnt remember their appointment.

Cons

If I have to miss a day I have to remember to delete the appointments for that day. But it is nice to be able to just delete that days appointments and their follow up are still pre scheduled.
