Extremely easy to use.

You can use draft and schedule uploads. It optimizes the workflow and free up resources.

Very nice user interface.

Not a lot to complain. It is a bit pricey but the software works so the net result is positive.

Easy, user-friendly, update from the community, and easy money to get

It takes time to know about all the functions , but once done it's easy to use

- It's easy to track your steps
- It's easy to hook it up to your fitness gadget easily
- The list of possible activities is quite long

- Putting in my activities is always a chore. I have a pretty consistent schedule so I find it extremely aggravating to have to put the same things in with the same values every day. It does have the ability to remember 3 - 4 of your activities from your previous day, but I wish I could basically copy/paste my days with some minor editing. This is by far my biggest gripe and is big enough of an issue that it sways my review considerably.

It syncs to my current fitness tracker and allows me to track my progress and activity without doing anything extra!

I wish there was a way that the system sent reminders for goals and challenges.

It is easy to use, it does track everything for us. I actually tend to forget about it because it is so easy to use.

We used to have challenges with other team members now and since moving to sprout I have not seen that. It was fun to see who was in your group and determine where you are.

Sprout makes it very easy for me to schedule my social media posts. I also love the detailed reports and analytics.

I wish that posts to my Instagram creator account could be automated instead of having to send a notification to post and manually posting the content.

Nothing about this product stands out that I don’t like

I love that it tracks everything, easy use.

I have no dislikes, Sprout is so easy to use and resourceful.

I like the nudge Sprout provides to become more active and to compete with colleagues in making us all better at taking the time required to stay healthy.

After many attempts and with help from Sprout, I am still unable to automatically upload activities from my Apple watch to Sprout. This means I have to manually enter all activities and this in many cases prevents me from adding everything to it unless there is a competition o something on at work.

I love that I can plug in my information and get a picture of what I am doing and see where I may be lacking.

I with there was a better way to view your stats. I kind of don't care what the rest of my team is doing or how I compare, as everyone's journey is different. I would like to see something that has more detailed information for the entire duration of that goal or tracking item (like a stock graph? 1 wk, 1 month, 6 months, 1 year, etc).

It's another tool that allows you to track employee process without being overwhelmed with having to note employee improvements.

It took some time to get use to, but was very effective

You can actually use this to track your own hours. As an employee in a company who uses sprout for HR solutions I think it is much effective to see your attendance and it is already all in one since your leaves can be requested there and there is so much more to offer such as the payslips, schedule adjustments and more!

Well, since I used it in schedule adjustment before it almost did not worked out for me since I had an adjustment on the same day but good thing that my manager can overdrive it to his own sprout account to adjust the schedule. But of course it will be great if we also have an access to one so that we can send screenshots for the request.

It makes managing a social media presence easy. Everything from planning social posts, scheduling posts, reporting, and more are included in this platform.

There can be issues with data not being correct in reporting at times, and there are some features you can't get in sprout that are available on social platforms.

We use Sprout in the office for filing of leaves and to see our payslip monthly! This is a very helpful tool for HR in the company!

Honestly speaking, there's no such thing as least important in this software. Just please continue the updates for future purposes!

Easy to navigate and they train people before onboarding

Limited feature and the use interface is so-so

Sprout goes beyond regular social management – the thing that really makes it stand out is the reporting side of things. They have a massive amount of pre-created reports, with tons of data available.

I feel like there is a lot of down time and glitches. I've had social disappear, or scheduled social go out without links.

- The gamification mechanisms were really useful in getting mass adoption in my org, made it fun too

- Considering the price point, I'd say it has quite a rich value proposition set, everything from exercise regimes to diet , quite impressive

- The mobile app seems to be out of sync sometime with the other platforms, could cause some confusion on progress made when they don't correlate

- Some terminology and categories can be consuming to navigate, which is understandable considering their rich feature set, but i feel it could be a bit less ambiguous sometimes

It really gives you a big picture overview of how to live and track your healthy lifestyle

Many companies have instituted wellness programs that have focused either solely or primarily on their employees physical health. After all, a physically healthy employee is more likely to show up to work on time. A physically healthy employee is more likely to not call off. A physically healthy employee typically spends less time at the doctor's office or emergency room for personal visits. But the physical health of a person is but a mere portion of what represents total body health. SPROUT has designed a program that both promotes and rewards mental, spiritual, and emotional health equally with physical health. Not everyone can run a marathon, or even want to run a marathon, but recognizing that rigorous housework is also exercise helps the participants feel involved. This platform helps you to focus on your entire health, not just one segment. Meditation and deep breathing, making healthy meal choices, taking time for yourself with a hobby, or volunteering your time......all of these help comprise the overall health of a person.

After hearing the issues that were had by my fellow associates with the updated app, I chose to stay with my original app. I would be nice if a video or multiple images could be uploaded to one post.

Ease of use and everyday Motivational factors

There is nothing about Sprout that i do not like

It makes it easy to schedule posts in advance and know they'll be posted at the scheduled time/date.

All functionality of social platforms are not integrated yet into Sprout. For example, there isn't a way to schedule a post that will use the "polling" feature of Facebook/Twitter.
