Outstanding! After using another product for a period of time, switching to Samsara was the greatest move we as an organization could have made.

Absolutely fantastic. Support has been so much better as the company has evolved into a better app and online experience.

This is THE WORST company I have ever worked with & I have been in business for over 25 years. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICES at all. There is a call center that says they are customer service but are unable to help you. They are really a call center that forwards an email to someone else who says they will get back to you in 1 - 3 business days. I have had 2 issues in the last 11 months and the first one took 6 months and many many email for me to get my refund & this on going one has been since April. It seems that somehow I started with 1 contract & 8 units but somewhere along the way it got changed to 12 units and 2 contracts. I have only ever had 8 units. I found out during an audit of the account and have been trying to get anyone from their company on the phone since April to help me fix the account and to date there is no one!
Oh they do keep sending me follow up emails after about every 3rd I send them but they keep just saying to pay for all 12 units and have since suspended my account. It has been about a month now since they suspended the account and still no one will help me. I would 100 % never use this company again and suggest you do the same. They are only looking to make a set it and forget it system to suck in all your money and are completely no interested in dealing with me as a customer.
They need to do better!

They have very good response time on their customer service and. My drivers are not waiting for hours to talk with somebody on a problem. If it's a problem that is not resolved immediately they are quick to move it up the food chain and get the problem or issue solved. The thing I am not happy with is talking to someone in a foreign country.. when I get someone with a heavy accent I usually hang up and start over and hope for a better outcome. I can't understand them they can't understand me.

Beside the good platform, my biggest concern is the customer service and support, i have been trying for several days to contact my representative without results, FRUSTRATION !!!

The information that Samsara provides cannot be matched. The accuracy of data and speed of updates is unmatched in the field. I could not do my job as effectively without it.

I have been using it the past 5 years and it has been a great resource for me to learn and use.

great very easy to use and to teach others being able to pull videos use compliance and safety has helped out our company tremendously

Overall, this application is hands down the best vehicle tracking system we've ever used here.

I started out with the Samsara product on half of my equipment and another company on the other half. As soon as the contract was up on the other company I switched all of my equipment to Samsara for a superior product.

Great tool to be used for insurance purposes, like that it keeps driver awareness and shows potenetional drivers bad habits that could effect company prices to go up

My overall experience with Samsara has been very positive. Starting with the sales rep [sensitive content hidden] W, he was very professional, knowledgeable about the product and very eager to assist with any questions we had. The product delivery was very fast and was well packaged. Installation of the product was very easy and with [sensitive content hidden] help was done within a few hours. Setup of the system was very simple and the tutorial videos made it easy to navigate the dashboard. All that said I don't know why every Company doesn't utilize this system.

Overall this has been a WORTHWHILE investment for us. Between keeping drivers on task and productive, to asset tracking, to allowing us to expand our delivery footprint. Its been a wonderful experience and one that we will continue to expand upon
