I can honestly say, the creation of the Account Executive position was a game-changer in my relationship with Celerant. I'm going another direction for now, but not because I have anything at all bad to say about their company, I simply have another business that is taking off that requires more and more of my attention. When I come back to the firearms industry in full swing and am ready to scale, it will ABSOLUTELY be with Celerant\!

He has gone over things more than once when they werent clear, as well as spending extra time to make sure things during the transition, everything was set up promptly and correctly.

That is basically the only pro about the Celerant - Cumulus POS software

> **Cons**: The software is old technology. It takes 10 minutes for the software to boot up. You must use astericks to search for items. The software freezes up frequently. They lock you into a multi-year contract. It takes many hours of training before you are able to start using the program. It is cumbersome to add inventory to the database. We were using Quickbooks POS for about 20 years prior. QB POS wasn't perfect, but much better and easier to use than Celerant - Cumulus software. There hasn't been any updates or improvements during the 2 years we've used the POS software. We are stuck in our expensive contract - they won't let us out\!

Reporting is extensive if you get the report design package. Staff extremely knowledgeable and helpful down the line: sales, implementation, and customer service.
