> **Pros**: What stands out most the incredible easy way that Spark Chart lets you track and manage the overall progress of your surveys.  And did I mention it does so in real time?\! This is very convenient.

> **Cons**: I would not directly want to call this a Con, but the sheer amount of features can be overwhelming. My advice is to schedule time to sit down and get to learn the system. It will not bring you it's full potential when you spend 5 minutes setting things up.

> The overall experience with Spark Chart is good. It does what it should do. The reporting feature and Zapier integration are perfect. Highly recommended.
