The biggest benefit has been the ability to clearly know my time by project.

Pros

The SW has features that allow me to see where I am spending time. I helps from a billing perspective by allowing me to track the hours by contract.

Cons

I didn't find any issues setting p or using the SW.

it gave you complete visibility in terms of who is doing what? even you can track file-level timesheets. it's good software and recommends you to try it once.

Pros

Productivity. I like the way it gives you employees productivity, idle time, etc.

Cons

Expecting an app for iOS and scheduled reports.
