Overall my experience has been extremely positive. Our rep from the team has helped with the installation as well as any extra features we wanted to add. Their team is quick and responsive and knows exactly what they are talking about.

I am looking forward to working with them more in the future!

Pros

I like how intuitive the software is. Whilst we don't use all the services the software has to offer, it definitely meets all our needs.

Any services that were not already present in the product have been added by the team who have great communication and product knowledge.

Cons

There aren't many to speak of. We had opted for a single installation of the server instead of using the online variation. The installation had a few issues which were completely our own fault and I can imagine setting up the online planner would be a much easier solution!

Pros

1- it is easy to use
2- as a business user, I'm able easily to add my catalogue to their ccm​
3- customer service is perfect and they are very friendly and helpful

Cons

- if it can support importing.dwg file directly will be perfect
