It has been great right from the time I reached out for the demo. Never thought something like this was available within reach. I have evaluated over 18 tools and finally went for Xoxoday.

3. Very fast and supportive customer support.
4. Easy to deploy

Pros

It is a DIY tool.
Changes can be made whenever needed.

Cons

Not easy. Most of it is already there. May be the design can improve.

Our company's overall experience with them has been a positive one. The relationship has always been good, Xoxoday's customer service and management team are always quick to respond and handle any inquiries.

Pros

Their online platform is relatively simple to use when placing orders, especially when you take into consideration that our systems aren't integrated. Only the tools you need are there -- no endless and useless navigational links or buttons. It's clean, simple and effortless.

Cons

From my point of view there aren't many cons. If anything, just the ability to change customer email addresses on a completed order is the only thing missing. Right now, you can only click a "Resend Voucher: button and it's sent to the same email address.

Pros

This platform is well designed and is an great tool for employee engagement. The analytics portion of the platform is very useful to track and engage with our organization.

Cons

We wish that we could filter posts on the main page and then to be able to give points to employees that is not always posted publicly. Managers would like the option for public and private appreciation.

Pros

The software is very engaging. It has brought transparency to our Reward & Recognition which motivates employees to perform better in order to view their names on the page.

Cons

We can only reward points. Would appreciate if a service of rewarding with gifts is introduced i.e. instead of giving 1000 points to someone if I can give them a movie voucher.

Highly suggested for International rewards and gift management

Pros

We primarily use it for rewarding customer advocates in 30+ different countries. The best part of Xoxo Plum is that the end user can receive the gift card for any of the services listed in his country. This will eliminate the regional currency problem that companies face while running a high scale reward program

Cons

Customisation options are decent enough but needs improvement. Reply-to email should be customized by the end-user.

Designed to make money on expired rewards

Pros

My employer started using this platform and sent me some rewards over past two years. Recently I noticed that $250 worth of rewards were expired few months back. I was never sent any reminder from this platform and customer support says that there is no way to get them back now. Also they did not tell me if the expired rewards were sent back to my employer or were monetized by the platform.

Cons

No customer loyalty, looks like the entire platform is designed to make money on expired rewards

Best gifting option for your employees

Pros

It's easy to use and useful for your employees. Xoxoday has plethora of vouchers/ gifts to choose from, which enables employees to use the gifts as per their needs and not as per your choice. Easy to redeem and has a good customer support service.

Cons

None so far.

The Platform gives the user option to select any Voucher of his/her choice once redeemed

Cons

Voucher can only be redeemed by the Organization's Domain or Gmail Domain , If purchased for any other person from another Organization , He cannot be able to redeem the Voucher from his Organization's Domain

My experience with Xoxoday Plum has been positive. There are too many gift options which is a big plus. The support team has been quick to resolve any queries instantly. Overall a positive experience.

Pros

It has all my favourite brands and vouchers in one place. The dining and the experience section is my favourite. Would love it if you can add more options there.

Cons

For the first time user, it can get a bit confusing but once you get the hang of it, it's not a problem.
