I love this software but one thing xero can improve which is some time its buffering

The cost of Xero is the biggest downfall.

Xero offers excellent support resources and communicates regularly with customers, advising of product updates and features. Using Xero is easy and with the on-screen support Xero Central support feature, help is always at hand.

Xero is not scaled for manufacturing clients and lacks stock management capability. Larger clients may be looking for a more scalable solution with stock management and offline access.

Once up and running it’s easy to use. Good learning support.

Initially it took a little time to learn the product

I like that Xero is simple and easy to use.

I don't like that Xero doesn't integrate with all banks.

With Xero, i Can manage my accounting tasks such as invoice management and expense reports in an organized way.it's complete and easy to use.

Integration with other software is a bit complicated.

Easy to use, company set up is fast, can be used in many different countries, flexible, good for startups in their earliest days. Very flexible chart of accounts allows you to make any kind of setup you like.

Regionalization for some countries with complex VAT is not great (Portugal, Serbia). Sometimes it is hard to reconcile invoices with bank statements.

Xero for over four years now has been the most vital tool for matching payments, eradicating fraud and handling accounting tasks online.

I mainly use the mobile application and it suits all my needs as Senior Partner in Management Consulting industry.

Xero allows me to simplify accounting tasks such as billing and invoicing via real-time workflow automation.

I have not yet come across the dark side of Xero - it accomplishes all my online accounting needs.

Xero makes it super easy to handle repetitive accounting tasks mainly billing and invoicing.

Since it suits my needs, I find nothing to dislike as at now.

Xero has mobile applications which I have installed on my iOS device and allows me to carry out accounting tasks on the go over the internet.

However, some features are missing on the mobile application and are available on cloud apps.

I give thumbs up to the fact that Xero has a super easy to use mobile application which has all features available on cloud apps.
I mainly use it to draft, create, customize and send invoices automatically to vendors.

For nearly three years now, I have not come across any overwhelming aspect on Xero.

Decent signup discount. On the web, the interface is easy to understand once you know what you’re doing.

Unpopular product changes (such as including advertising in invoice emails) that occurred without user consultation. When users did complain, our concerns weren’t addressed.

There have been multiple price increases, with virtually no new features added as part of these changes.

Almost feels like a bait and switch… they get you with cheap pricing and then start changing everything up for existing customers.

Manage my business account very easily and smooth .

The most thing i like in Xero the invoices , and easy to use and accessible any time .

Xero mobile application is what I like most since I am able to carry out repetitive accounting tasks such as AP, AR and GL on the go over the internet.

I use XERO as QBO alternative and it meets all my needs.

Very simple and intuitive product. I currently use Xero for education. Its biggest strength is how straightforward and easy it is to use and navigate through the various screen.

If Xero’s biggest plus point is its simplicity, its downside is also that it is very. Having previously used SAP in the manufacturing environment, Xero doesn’t quite give you the drill down capabilities and cross dimensional analysis. But in my current education setting this isn’t always required.

Integration with other software packages such as WorkflowMax and Rapport3, the number of reports available, easy bank reconciliation and automatic bank account syncing.

It takes a working day to pull through bank account data. This is an understandable limitation, but I'd love to see Xero create a way around it one day. Waiting a day to see if payments have come in is a pain, especially over the weekend.

Xero provides analytical tools that assist in analyzing our financial activities to gain insights into our financial health and track records.

I have never encountered an error using this tool ,it works best for me.
