It allows to know the most important academic information to parents and protects the information of their children from other people

Renweb has a key feature where it stores emails sent to parents for the past 6 months. This is helpful when trying to track who emails were sent to.

There are glitches in the system. It is hard to get technical support for issues as most time the IT department does not understand the issue.

It was simple, didn’t have a bunch of bells and whistles.

You definitely need the administrator for everything, including changing your password or sign in. At least the version I encountered.

What I liked the most about this website, is that we we were able to check our grades as soon as the teacher uploaded the grade

I like being able to take payments online or at the school and credit manually. I like that families can choose their own payment plan (per our setup).

Families find it frustrating if they are not online a lot or don't pay bills online. Paper invoices often get lost in mail. Also, I don't like that late fees are not charged when the payment is late. All late fees are added at the end of the month, even if the person was late as of the 20th. This gets really confusing if the family pays after being late but prior to late fee addition.

Our sales team really likes the mobile app and utilize it on a daily basis. Because the mobile app allows them to access our Sales Academy Content Library, they can quickly search and find what they need during a call. They also use the app to capture and share best practices. The other thing that I have to mention is the support, it is the best support we have on any of the software we use. It has been a joy to work with our direct contact and the support team. They are always there and also have helped a lot in suggesting how to use the system to its full capacity.

The interface of this software has dramatically increased over the past few years. It is easier to located classes, enter grades, and copy-paste material across multiple classes.

I really wish that FACTS would bring back a much-improved app for a smartphone. It was so convenient to take role by pulling up the app.

This software has multiple sections that integrate with each other . This makes troubleshooting easier since you can actual get to the same area different ways. Also, once you get their support team they are awesome when it comes to helping you understand what you need done.

No area for emailing thread or contacting conversation with a co-workers on family balances.
Also call in to many buttons to get software area needed.

Cd2s Platform is very powerful, from a robust LCMS to Simulations and Social Collaboration, all in one system. We don't have to have 3 or 4 different systems to try and accomplish our training needs.

They are continually Innovating, so ongoing training is very important. The UI is ever changing, all good, but takes a bit of patience when logging in between long gaps in system use.

I enjoy using it to check on my children and communication with teachers is such an ease.

It would be nice to see the app with the ability for the teacher to take pictures for parents to view.

What I like most about this software is that I can easily access students' information when needed. I can also easily access each student's parent contact information which is very helpful.

I don't have any negative comments for the software.

The best part of Renweb is the web based setup that gives teachers an easy way to give information to families in real time.

Some of the navigation is tricky. Recently I had trouble accessing class listing in a way that made sense to me. I couldn't remember the teacher and there wasn't an easy option to sort the view by class subjects.

This grading software is easy to use, allows teachers to easily copy assignments across multiple classes and posts homework on the web for parents to see. The smartphone app is another added bonus. It is very user friendly and works very well for an app based grading system.

There are always features that can be added and would be nice to have. For example, I would like to be able to more easily post hyperlinks in the homework section so that my students can access things on Google Drive.

Mobile abilities- hands down. The ability for push notifications eventually, as well as the functionality to watch courses through a smart phone or tablet. This has been a key seller when discussing other interested groups within Pella to utilize CD2.

Some of the emailing functionality from the website could be easier to use. Seems a bit clunky and difficult to navigate the operational side of the website, not so much the learning user.

The software allows a lot of information to be stored for access for students, administration and parents. Helpful that can great folders on different topics.

Not easy to use for parents. Could use an update to the look.
