Pros
It was very easy to integrate Anyline's OCR to our Utility reading app. Customer service is always on time.
Anyline looks every day for innovating their products.
Cons
At the beginning we had some issues with some of the meters we wanted to read with the OCR (Needed more training).

Pros
It was quite easy to implement this software to our product and the usage for the end-customer is self explaining.
Cons
Maybe the duration for the scan is quite long so that end-users sometimes loose patience before the scan-process is completed.

Pros
Easy to integrate, customer service is friendly and fast and they're very focussed on improving/innovating their solution.
Cons
At times we have some issues with the vertical container scanner which needs more training.
