My experience with Zoom Events and Webinars has been positive. Its scalable, feature-rich, and great for large virtual events. While pricing can be high, its reliability and seamless integration make it a strong choice.

Pros

What I appreciate the most about Zoom Events and Webinars is their scalability, Zoom can accommodate large audiences, making it an excellent choice for big webinars and virtual conferences.

Cons

What I like the least of Zoom Events and Webinars is that the cost can be relatively high, particularly for larger events.

Overall, it has been an amazing experience. It has made meeting so many people at the same time a lot easier.

Pros

I like the ease of conducting large online events through audio and video, in order to gather a lot of people at the same time and also through screen sharing.

Cons

Well I don't know if it is due to the capacity of people its been used for, Sometimes the volume goes off. Some of my listeners couldn't hear me in one of the meetings I had and it crashed. Though it doesn't happen all the time.

My experience with Zoom has been positive so far. It provides a reliable, professional platform for virtual events with strong performance despite the slightly steep learning curve and higher cost for some features

Pros

One thing I appreciated from the platform is the ease of use, the interface is pretty intuitive, making it simple to set up and manage events or webinars. Additionally, the ability to host up to 10,000 participants in a webinar is impressive,

Cons

One aspect I found a bit lacking was the pricing options, which can be quite expensive for smaller organizations or those who don’t need the full range of features. At first, too, it can be a bit overwhelming to see all the options and possibilities with the software.

Elevated our company to new heights!

Reviewed on 10/11/2024

Pros

As someone with zero experience in event set up, its user-friendly interface makes it easy! I was hesitant at first to venture into this territory but knew our company would benefit and grow from giving it a try. We have been able to reach so many more people because of it! It has elevated our company with features like screen sharing, live captions, and Q&A sessions enhancing the overall experience for everyone. It is customizable, easy to brand, and the support team has been incredible in helping us navigate the platform.

Cons

As with many platforms of this kind, the audio and video quality can be inconsistent. Even after upgrading our equipment, we ran into issues with the quality that were a poor reflection of the content we wanted to represent our company. Zoom was tremendous though with helping us troubleshoot.
