Also, it won't happen as fast as I'd personally like (it never does), but we are indeed building our own voice/phone solution across web, phone and tablet. Regarding the deposit amounts you configure on your estimates not reflecting properly on the invoice - reach out to our customer success team ([email protected]) asap and we will get to the bottom of this. I've also filed with our QA team to have them test this extensively to identify any possible scenario where this isn't working properly, Thanks for bringing that to our attention. Regarding not being able to add more than 5 photos, I agree completely. Ultimate users can upload 20, but that's still not enough. We are soon going to switch to a storage limitation and not restrict the number of photos or documents per account tier. This will be better for everyone.
