No cons for using this software, everything is great ! I cannot say that when i call customer support i received a bad services because i will be lying...

The system is easy to use and easy to set up to what you need. Make life easier by printing checks instead of writing them out.

Wish when they do updates they lets us know how to use them.

Customer support is helpful and easily available but usually needed after the fact(changes are made and not communicated to users.)

I have integrated OCW into my invoicing system with awesome results. I can manage accounts payable and track and manage vendor payments all with ease. The checks I create for vendor payment are professional grade. The provided online check link is invaluable. It removes third party payment fees, and allows my customers to make direct payments, via digital check . I now process more than 80 percent of invoices directly through OCW. This product has helped me streamline and better control fiscal policy and has given me the tools I needed to further expand my business . All done at a price that this small business can afford. Id recommend them to anyone.

My only qualm, which does not detract from my overall love of this product, is to have better control over the appearance of 'checks received' through the online digital check link.

I can print checks the way I want for a much lower price than Intuit was offering.

Creating checks could be a little streamlined, especially monthly recurring checks.

I like the ability to email payments to our servers. I like the ability to be able to send payments from any device quickly. I like the ease of use and easy learning curve.

They offer direct deposit free but charge for emailing a check. Feel that it should be the other way around since email really doesn’t create any extra work like a direct deposit would.

Also would like to be able to enter a date on each individual line of a deposit slip without having to type it in and click on the date, would like to have a calendar pop up to choose a date on each line.

I like the independent direct deposit features

You cannot get approved for the direct deposit features without having substantial business history so not for new businesses

There is nothing that I don't like about the software

I enjoyed my ability to get paid quickly and issue legitimate checks to my vendors. I enjoy the fluidity of my businesses billing and expense tracking.

I have never been able to use my debit card and I mean never. Sucks cuz it’s one of the original perks I was excited about.

Electronic-checks - looks like this is bit confusing

Cloud based online system that can be used anywhere.

Price is now ridiculous and very con artist.

I love the way the link works for an online check. Giving our customers an alternative to credit card processing has been well received and is easy to manage.

I turned on the two factor authentication because I was concerned that my email and online checkwriter account had been compromised. Your system sends the passcode to both my email and my cell phone. I would like the option of getting the code only by cell without sending to my email. It would be a lot safer.

I liked that it synced with our ZOHO books account

The inability for my to accept payments via ACH into my account

I don't like to do much printing, mailing, or stocking of paper goods like envelopes and stamps. It's so much faster when I receive a bill to put the information into this service than it would be to write things out and go post it myself! I handle a pretty low volume of payments, but this makes them feel way easier when they come around!

Sometimes it takes a few days longer than I'd hope to get a check sent out. It doesn't take me much active time, but if I'm in a huge rush on a deadline I will write checks out myself because I know it can take a week or two to get them printed, sent, and received otherwise.

This product is very simple to use. It saves all contact information for easy and fast check writing. It keeps a log of all checks distributed. Very easy to void checks and to customize your checks.

The app does not work well when you are in a low service area, past checks and contacts will not show up at all. When it came time to set up a payment account for this product, I would have liked a notification that Online Check Writer was going to start charging, instead of logging on and all of a sudden not being able to print out checks. Other than that hiccup, product works great, I don't mind paying.

The way we can handle the checks using for instance checks by email and Checks Printing Software, that allows us to Print at anytime and from everyplace we are.

I have to say that this software doesn't have any thing bad. I mean I don't have any complain about this software, for me this software is 1000/1000!

We had a need for a check writing software that did not limit us to their supplies or a number of checks per credit. Online Check Writer filled that need in a great and affordable way.

Very easy to use. Cuts out having to write multiple checks a month or ordering checks from the bank. Way easy to print and get sent out. Save me a lot of time.

Some items are still coming soon. It is frustrating that they have the options available, but when I go to use them they are still unavailable.

This software adds a critical missing piece to QuickBooks online which is being able to print MICR checks on blank checkstock. It’s crazy that Intuit doesn’t have it built in but Online Check Writer fixes this glaring feature gap.
