Settings UI could be a bit more user friendly.. but not hard to learn

Emitrr is as easy to use as text messaging.

I think it's pretty expensive. Considering that text messaging is free from any cell phone carrier, and that I don't really use any other features, $85+ a month is pretty high.

I love that we can set reminders to each individual person, set campaigns for larger messages, assign conversations to other coworkers, and have multiple templates ready to send. These are all time saving services for us. Also, the customer service is amazing! We had a major tech issue that was resolved in less than 3 days. They were very quick, concerned, and professional.

Because we have so many past messages and so many phone numbers, it takes a long time for the conversations to populate when searching in all conversations.

I like that I can use it on the phone as well as my computer. I can call guests and owners from my cell using my work phone number.

I don't really have any complaints. We've been using it for a while and haven't felt the need to switch.

The person that helped was very friendly and patient with me.

I like the ease of setup that was involved as well as the efficiency of the program for daily use. Customer service is excellent and response time is fast!

Honestly, Emittr currently meets all of needs so we have been pleased with all of it's functions.

Real time texting with employees and customers

I would like if we could research messages from 3-6 months back faster.

The multiple options of usage such as text, forms, surveys. Being able to assign messages to certain staff members as well as departments.

I honestly do not have a CON at the moment.

Nothing , its Like they Built a Product just for Us !

Transitioning from another platform to Emitrr has been such a relief for our program! The ease of use is exceptional - we are able to do what we were doing before in a fraction of the time. The features are very useful to us, and although we have plenty of options to communicate with our center members. Customer Support is absolutely wonderful. Indrani, Deep and Anmol are prompt, responsive, adaptable and friendly. They are always there when we have questions and need support.

Some of our texts were sending in the wrong order - for instance, if we were sending an English message with English calendar, along with a Spanish message and Spanish calendar, sometimes these individual items would deliver out of order. However, this is not a big deal.

We love the integration with our CRM System, HouseCall Pro, and Slack which we use to communicate in-house. As for the texting communication functions of this product, we couldn't ask for more. They are always adding new updates and the improvements are always excellent! They help with the day to day functionality of the product.

The only true "con" for us is that the VoIP function of the feature is not available and it was not reliable at the time we tried to implement it. We currently use another product but are patiently waiting for this feature within Emtirr to be perfected so that we can keep all our communication within 1 platform. Another small "con" is that it takes the app and desktop just a little longer than preferred to fresh when new messages come in....but I am sure that can be fixed.

I like the willingness of Emitrr to take suggestions and quickly turn them around into product features. They are constantly evolving the product and making it better by the day.

The only issues we have encountered have been address by the development team. We have had some issues with our data that was imported, but not major enough to impact business.

It is so user friendly! I get to easily message people.

At the beginning it looks like a lot. The interface looks kind of messy.

Easy to use and most all patients like the ease of communication via text and the quick replies to the text.

Small glitches but Support is super fast ant taking care of the issue and explaining what happened.

There are many features that I didn't even realize were something that would aid so significantly in my day-to-day work.

There are still buggy things here and there, but the Emitrr staff is very quick and responsive, and has fixed or explained everything we've asked within minutes or hours (if more complex).
