Better pricing, better user interface and more functions as compared to QuickBooks (and all same functions are equally good but more intuitive)

Not much - possibly capturing expense receipts and better AI-driven logic to organize them by expense category could use improvement. Possibly more financial reports

I do like the interface, and about 80% of its features are pretty good. But I really need to other 20%. It's not QuickBooks online.

The reports and the Analytics need a lot of work. I've sent in MANY suggestions. The reports are only good for the smallest of business. While we do under 1 million a year, we do need decent cashflow information and detailed reporting by COGS categories. In our case Mechanical parts and labor vs Upholstery parts and labor. We also need good Job costs data. I would not mind doing it manually, but the data is not broken down to do this.
The worst issue has been since day one, they cannot seem to permanently fix issues importing my bank account. VERY slow responses from support and takes days and weeks to get their "process partner to fix it.
Export of your data for backup can be done, put it is very manual and time consuming. There is no path to exporting items and services. I'd like to do this so we can have a copy in the shop.

Fresh books is really easy to use I love the integration of being able to have my invoices paid having the instant liks and much much more This is just a great software all around to manage your business.

I wish it integrated more with other softwares like high level and other CRM softwares but hopefully they'll add this in the future other than that everything else is great.

It's convenient and easy to set up and use.

I wish the connection with Stripe was two ways. It can't pull in my income that comes outside of Freshbooks so I have to manually do it.

FreshBooks has a expenses monitoring function that gives us accurate expenditure insights to help us avoid overspending. It has very powerful data security functions that keeps our financial data very safe and confidential. FreshBooks also provides outstanding financial analytical and reporting tools that makes it easy to evaluate our financial health.

Honestly, all that could have gone right with FreshBooks has gone right leaving us with nothing to dislike about it at all.

Additionally, while generally intuitive, certain complex accounting tasks may still necessitate additional support or integration with more robust accounting software.

It has nothing that other billing software doesn't have.

If you want to attach a multi-page PDF to an Invoice, only the first page is attached, and the PDF is also blurry and of poor quality.

Team members must share a single signature on emails to send Invoices.
Customer service is terrible; they never answer calls.

The Invoice Details report does not include the reference field, which is one of the most critical information in an Invoice.

The easy-to-use interface, with helpful tooltips and explainers made it easy to get started. The invoice automation features made it very fire-and-forget to get paid on time every month.

The transaction fee for Freshbooks handling invoice payment is quite high, and only comes down when you start paying them more, and some of the more advanced features are locked behind a Sales call to negotiate pricing.

FreshBooks is very helpful and a must have tool for managing finances. It unifies all financial management resources into a one platform allowing us to control all our finances from a single place. Tracking expenses is easy and reporting them by collecting receipts is just a seamless experience. FreshBooks offers excellent security which helps keep all financial data safe and secure.

All the FreshBooks features are easy to use and there is no aspect that i found difficult to understand.
