Thus far, PayPal has been solid with zero downtime and no technical issues. That’s important for a small business.

After closing my PayPal account, I started receiving notices from a fake "Negotiations Department." It seems suspicious that PayPal, or possibly third parties associated with their employees, may be selling or collecting customer data. Be cautious and do your research if you receive scam letters from the "Negotiations Department" or any credit or loan payment departments. Although I have some debt, it's manageable. However, I found it very strange that shortly after closing my PayPal account, I received a letter about my credit debt. The fact that they requested personal details like my birthdate, bank account number, Social Security number, and ID just to close my account raises red flags. PayPal’s practices seem suspicious, and they should be held accountable.

It’s good to use on any website and offers various features; however, I hesitate to use it for every transaction.

I have trusted PayPal for over twenty years. It's been easy to use whether online or locally for my book signings or readings. What I like best, is that in all my years of using it, I have never had a problem with my account. I use it to sell products and services and for subscriptions. As a consumer, they have helped me receive a refund when dealing with scammers.

Cool and professional feeling but I'd not likely go back.
I found Google Docs and Sheets and Photos to just run better with a route through Found Bank.

Paypal is not client friendly.

Overall I am a big fan of PayPal and would recommend it to anyone. It makes paying for online orders, and sending or receiving money from friends and family extremely fast and simple to do.

Sending and receiving payments instantly is what I relish a lot with PP.

PayPal has allowed me the financial ability to do both business and every day transactions.

My overall experience with pay pal is excellent it has given me the freedom to send money to my family, to invoice a customer from another city or state and receive money in minutes. It is a very reliable system and I recommend pay pal to any one it is awesome all for businesses worldwide.

I used PayPal for over 10 years, to receive international payments to a personal account, send money to friends and family, and, occasionally, pay for various tools and products.
This year, after registering a new business entity, I switched from my personal PayPal account to a business account. They locked the money in my account for 3 weeks, with no way out. I tried contacting support, sent them details of my old account, ID, screenshots, service contract, invoice, etc. all the details I could think of to show that I've been receiving money regularly for services already rendered from the same person/company for 10 years with 0 chargebacks or disputes, and even my boss offered to confirm all details and waive any rights to chargebacks but they refused to unlock my account and release my money earlier. I understand the need to protect buyers but their inflexibility is insane and extremely disappointing. After this experience, my boss/client and I decided to use wire transfers to settle payments and, since then, I've saved close to $300/month total from payment fees, currency exchange rates, and withdrawal fees. I'm now using the free version of Zoho for invoicing. I guess PayPal is faster than international wire transfer and easier to use for invoicing than other 3rd party tools but the $300 I'm saving every month make the switch well worth it. I also have colleagues who switched from PayPal to Revolut and they say they've saved money and are very happy with their decision.

Overall PayPal is an efficient product that covers more than 90% of your payment needs, with its fast, flexible and secure features. Despite a few short falls, it's an excellent Product.

As a user of PayPal for nearly eight years, I concluded that it maintains the security and confidentiality of user data, and there is no room for anyone to scamming the other, which increases the trust of customers, and I personally recommend it to everyone I know

PayPal is super easy to use, with a clean, intuitive interface that makes navigating a breeze. A big plus is that you can send money to friends and family without any fees. Honestly, it doesn’t have many flaws, though the currency exchange rates for purchases in other currencies can be a bit steep. Overall, it’s a great platform for managing payments!

PayPal remains a solid payment gateway, there are others available such a as Stripe or Wise but PayPal has always been the first option I consider for business and personal use.

PayPal is convenient and easy to use. I trust PayPal more than my own bank.

Whatever experience I have in this till now is very good, I would like that if any of you want to ask for money from outside, then you can do it through this.

I Bought a Smartphone from SUNSKY a Chinese Online Provider world wide. I Ordered only because being ordering from india in china i dont want to take a risk so through Paypal which i saw plenty of reviews that might support if any issue arise. So I ordered Unihertz Tank 2 Smartphone from SUNSKY but i received Unihertz Tank 1 Which was Less in Price & a year Back Modal. I received Through DHL( Even i Had a Issue with them who took 77.8 % (Value of the phone) of Custom Duty from me after providing plenty of Proofs. I paid huge amount for Customs & 367 USD for the smartphone. When i opened it then only i come to know its a diffrent product which i oredered for. I Contacted SUNSKY sales manager who appoligied and said they dont have the smartphone what i oredred & Will provide Refund of the balance Money after deducting the price of the arrived modal. Then i told them i dont want this i ordered only that & i need that.
So I raised a dispute with Paypal believing that i get the refund. They said Return the smartphone & I Will get the refund. I raised the Concern on September & Send back the Smartphone phone even for that i paid a high Money as you all know from Fedex. They Recived the Smartphone sho the sales manager of SUNSKY Confromed. But The dispute what i raised with Paypal without Investigating again send msg to send back the product. Even though i have provide all the proofs from Courier Slip to Delieverd Screenshot from Courier Site. STill Paypal Closed the dispute stating as the send smartphone is new no parts been damaged so been given in faviur of seller. I Was Shocked that even after providing all the proofs paypal easyly sayd its been for seller Favour. I Spoke with Sales manager she told if i havent raised dispute they might have given me the refund. Again i raised dispute & after 2 weeks again its been seller favour. I Dont have any Customer care no(has but goes compuresied voice) & Mail ID(again has mail ID but it autoreply). Again i tired contact the seller & Requested them to Refund as i told all the loos & what Paypal been giving reply. Later They convinced & Given the refund. Even now in paypal its seller favour.

No Support been got for me from Paypal even i provide all proofs. They say they Investigate but it wasent happed. Its Just a Msg what they gave me. So i Strongly Dont recommed PAYPAL from Any individual who orders from Out of Country once in a year.

So Just Believe the site rather Believing Payapl. Ts was the worst from a leading customer support Concern which i experienced through out. After this i will delete my paypal account & I also recommend not to use Payapal for someone who does ordering occassionally. After this its upto you guys to believe. If i had any options to Attch i might have attached all the communication from my Paypal account what they have said.

Overall it has been great. I have been with them for 9 years
