I cannot answer this because the whole system was hard to navigate

I’m going to say what I like at least about it is everything Podio is so much better

Different boards, lots of users, ability to assign tasks

Not as simple as it could be which makes it a difficult learning curve

Ease of use with a basic setup, thanks to the intuitive interface with drag-and-drop functions. Good customization, adaptable to several use cases. Strong collaboration functions.

Offline has minimal functionality and with the cheapest plans the storage is quite limited.

I do like we can coordinate with the team, I like there is check marks to knock off the list.

I didn;t know how to use it the best way, wish there was someone to walk us through best practices. Not as user intuitive as other programs

I love the over functionality of the software. It's so very easy to use even my grandson can operate this software, and in my opinion the very best reasons that this is my go to for project management.

This may sound cliche but my truth. I don't have one single bad thing to say about this software. Every single thing I purchased it for, it exceeded that and some. I'm over the moon and have been recommending to everyone that I know!

Monday is an extremely versatile tool and its default templates allow us to parameterize a project so that tracking is easy, considering the type of activities we handle, facilitating the tracking of technology, construction, manufacturing, marketing projects, among many others.
Another very important feature for me is the ability to quickly access the boards I have recently worked on, as well as my notifications inbox and the workspaces where I update my tasks, all on a single screen, including the ability to invite my coworkers and start collaborating on tasks that need to be executed by other people.

Monday is not as flexible when we need to keep track of projects with a large number of coworkers without considering licensing that can affect our budget. We must keep in mind that sometimes we need to incorporate personnel into our project to perform a few tasks and if we want that person to interact with the Monday software tool, we have no choice but to use a license so that they participate in the updates.
Monday allows us to import data from different data sources but I personally think that there are other tools on the market that facilitate this type of functionality that we will always require a little better. However, it does its job very well and after becoming familiar with the process, everything flows quickly.

The most impressive aspect of monday.com is its user-friendly interface that significantly enhances our team's ability to collaborate effortlessly on various projects. Its seamless integration and intuitive design make it indispensable for managing our daily tasks and long-term projects alike.

One limitation I've encountered with monday.com is the inability to view the full context of a task within the 'My Work' view. It shows the tasks assigned to me, but it doesn't provide visibility into how these tasks fit into the larger project scope, unlike the more comprehensive 'Campaign' view.

What I love most about monday.com is how easy it is to use—it makes keeping up with projects straightforward and stress-free. You can set things up exactly how you need them, whether you’re tracking deadlines or assigning tasks. The built-in tools for comments and tagging make team communication simple, and it works well with other apps we already use. Plus, the mobile app means you can check in on things anywhere, anytime.

What I liked least about monday.com is that the customization options, while useful, can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially when setting up a new project. Additionally, some of the advanced features, like automation and integrations, are limited to higher-priced plans, which can be frustrating for smaller teams on a budget.

Monday has allowed my organization to be more organized. Utilizing Monday.com's functionality we have been able to stream line company process assisting in our overall operations.

I have yet to experience any flaws with Monday.com. I find their support team to be responsive and informative any time I encounter an issue. Any issues have been strictly user based and there have not been any with the software itself.

monday.com gives us a great collection of task management tools that allows us to plan, prioritize and strategize our daily tasks. It is very flexible allowing us to customize it to meet our unique work management needs. monday.com had dashboards that keep us on always on the look out of what is happening and makes it easy to monitor our work progress. It has automations that helped us to carry out the routine tasks automatically without any human intervention. monday.com also gives us AI analytics that offer excellent insights that help us make informed decisions about our work. Its advanced team communication and collaboration tools help us to work together as one team on our work.

monday.com has been excellent in every way and we have loved everything about it. No issues or challenges to report about.

It helps me keep on task. I often have competing priorities and monday.com makes it easy to set task priority and give myself deadlines to stay on track.

I would like to be able to collaborate directly with team members on Monday. Maybe there is an integration with monday.com and teams that I should look into.

I can easily manage my projects using Monday. I can create multiple boards for each contract we have, and have all the projects on my screen at the same time. I can easily track and see everything that is going on with my projects, I can assign people to tasks, I can upload my files directly from dropbox and it is live updated with any change on the file. Monday is really simple and easy to use, it can improve and help you to track your projects. With the updates you do, you can review any project even after a year and see everything that occurred with that project while that time.

I think they could improve in the auto assign tasks for the projects. That would improve a lot the workflow of the projects. Also, the app is being slow at least once a week and that is a bad thing about it, because it breaks the workflow.
