About HubSpot Sales Hub
HubSpot Sales is an email tracking app that sends real-time notifications every time someone clicks on or opens your emails, or downloads associated attachments. The software shows when they viewed the email, how many times they viewed it, where they were when they opened it and from what device.
HubSpot Sales also includes recipient profiles directly within your inbox. These profiles show contacts' professional history, their address, mutual contacts, and email history, providing useful context for users. With the ability to schedule future emails, HubSpot Sales helps to ensure you don't forget to send emails or that your emails go out at a specific date and time.
You can make calls from within your browser with HubSpot Sales, as well as log or record calls directly to your CRM in just one click. HubSpot Sales integrates with HubSpot CRM, HubSpot Marketing, Salesforce, Gmail, G Suite, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Office 365.

Hubspot really gave our team a structured way of keeping our deals organized, and gave our leadership team a 30,000 level view of the deals that are in the pipeline. Concrete steps lead to concrete results.
Pros
I like many things about hubspot. One of them is being able to schedule email outreach days and sometimes weeks in advance gives a lot of time back for the rest of the week. The reporting and analytics are also great because i have an easy way to track outreach numbers and the deals that are in the pipeline with their associated progress
Cons
One of my teammates schedules his email outreach, but has been experiencing issues with the emails actually going out.

Sales Hub makes basic CRM functionality accessible to SMBs
Reviewed on 06/11/2019
Pros
Sales Hub makes basic CRM functionality accessible to SMBs who often do not have the resources (time, money or people) or knowledge. It enables them to better manage deals and prospects.
Cons
The design of the CRM is heavily focused on an inbound sales model, so the platform lacks design functionality for other models such as outbound. Companies with moderate to complex requirements will not find the flexibility they are looking for.

HubSpot Sales CRM is a great tool for tracking sales opportunities, automating sales processes, and staying up-to-date on all sales actions.
Pros
HubSpot is great for tracking deals and sales opportunities in many different ways. As a user for my professional job, I have also adopted HubSpot Sales Hub for my personal business.
Cons
Some difficulties with open text fields when creating email templates and sequences. This is a feature that would make the dynamic components of templates much better.
