Employee management: Managers can keep track of all employee history and recent information. Employees can update their own data. 

Applicant tracking: Nicoka embed a complete recruitment application, including: resume parsering, full text search engine, customizable workflows, mass emailing, interview planification, job board...

Time-off management: Employees can request time off, view the company calendar and track their holiday/ sick days. Managers can approve time off and see time off reports.
