Creating and delivering pay stubs for employees has been a breeze. I am able to keep precise records of my earnings, tax withholdings, and other perks because to this platform.
Pros
It was convenient to have all my resources in one location thanks to the consolidated platform. In particular, their payroll system stood out. Compensating and paying out employees, as well as keeping tabs on their deductions and perks, has never been simpler. It was really easy to create and send out pay stubs with only a few clicks.
Cons
It took some time to become used to the platform's interface. It took me a bit to learn my way around the platform and figure out how to utilize it effectively, but I'm now well familiar with all of its features and capabilities. It would have been more efficient to adjust quickly if we had been given more specific instructions or training.

Overall Paylocity is a great payroll product. I have been on both sides, used the app to see my payroll information and as well as the accounting firm side where we can log in and pull reports and check taxes. Overall, it is great, and the quarterly reports are awesome.
Pros
It is easy to use, and the mobile app is great to have for employees. Employees can clock in and out through the app as well.
Cons
I think the reporting should be named better. There are some reports with similar names, and you have to go through the whole process and download before seeing what the report looks like.

I used it as an employee for onboarding, payroll, and time tracking. Overall, it is an ok product but after using other products, I feel like it would not be my top choice

Payroll is easy to use, you can input the hours manually or upload a spreadsheet

Customer Service is terrible if you have a questions they send you links instead of calling and helping

While working as a manager for a local non-profit, we transitioned from the old ways of clocking in, bulletin posts, and training courses, by merging all of those things and more into the paylocity app, and it was exactly what we needed.
Pros
How intergrated everything was from clocking in, to company events, and the learning/ training courses.
Cons
Nothing it wrapped up everything we needed into one app.
