Multiple users can be created and granted different access permissions for owners, property managers, and staff, and guests can be granted access to manage their reservations through an online portal. Inquiries from all channels are received in a consistent format, in a single inbox, and users can set up message templates and automatic replies to respond to guest inquiries. Guest invoices can be created with a single click, using their booking details, and saved in the cloud, allowing them to be accessed from any device. Invoices can be scheduled to be sent in the future, with automated payment reminders to guests, and user notifications for any invoices which are paid, due, or past due. ## Quick Stats & Ratings | Metric | Rating | Detail | | **Overall** | **3.7/5** | 147 Reviews | | Ease of Use | 3.7/5 | Based on overall reviews | | Customer Support | 3.8/5 | Based on overall reviews | | Value for Money | 3.8/5 | Based on overall reviews | | Features | 3.7/5 | Based on overall reviews | | Recommendation percentage | 70% | (7/10 Likelihood to recommend) | ## About the vendor - **Company**: Tokeet - **Location**: Montreal, Canada - **Founded**: 2015 ## Commercial Context - **Starting Price**: US$9.99 - **Pricing model**: Flat Rate (Free version available) (Free Trial) - **Pricing Details**: Pricing is based on the number of rentals. Currently there are limited integrations with other OTAs, but not as easy to manage those. > > Easy, extremely reasonable pricing, great customer service, packed with features perfect for a small hospitality business that I had not previously found in a single service provider. ----- ### "I would recommend Tokeet for sure\!" — 5.0/5 > **Nikola** | *29 October 2024* | Real Estate | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Pros**: It's a great channel manager, and support is very helpful > > **Cons**: Website feature is simple, but they offer paid add-ons > > I enjoy working with Tokeet, as I get notifications from support if there's a double booking, and I can always ask them for help. Also, it has a great set of features to help me with my small business. ----- ### "Used to be good" — 3.0/5 > **Verified Reviewer** | *1 September 2022* | Hospitality | Recommendation rating: 0.0/10 > > **Pros**: Used this app since they very first started and it always did what it was supposed to do but the quality has gone down as the price has gone up > > **Cons**: You are forced to used card payment links to in order to be able to send an invoice even if you don't want to accept that card payment. The widgets don't work even though they insist they do - they really don't. The support is arrogant and not user friendly. They say you can "migrate" to symple- you can't you are just asked to sign up and start all over again. If you decide to close your account - it is instantaneous - no access until the end of the period you have paid for. Way to expensive for what it is. > > Started off great - ended badly ----- ### "Sympl.cm best channel manager" — 5.0/5 > **Alexandre** | *11 October 2024* | Real Estate | Recommendation rating: 5.0/10 > > **Pros**: I'm really excited by the integration with Airbnb and Booking, the way rates are managed and synchronized (I'm using automatic rates which works fine). I'm also great to share a calendar with the staff that clean my property. > > **Cons**: The integration with VRBO that requires a stripe account. The limit of sending only one mail per event (booking creation) > > After 2 years of using smoobu, I switched to Sympl.cm, the limited version of ToKeet for less than 5 properties. It's so much powerful compared to smoobu and cheaper. Support is great also with fast answers. ----- ### "Highly Recommend" — 5.0/5 > **Liam** | *11 October 2024* | Real Estate | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Pros**: Responsive support at all times and even in times when it shouldn't be expected, the Ai bot is very good. > > **Cons**: Some of the booking engine glitches but they are resolved. > > Very good, my manager \[sensitive content hidden\] has always been responsive and helpful. The online help guides are also very good. Ultimately Tokeet and it's functionality allow me to focus on business growth whilst taking care of a large chunk of my communication needs. ----- Page: 1 / 7\ Next: [Next page](https://www.getapp.sg/software/105289/tokeet?page=2) ## Links - [View on GetApp](https://www.getapp.sg/software/105289/tokeet) ## This page is available in the following languages | Locale | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-MX | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | ----- ## Structured Data
