We have private one-on-one conversations with employees when needed, but we also maintain operational channels for sales, leads, estimate review, design, production, installation, and general company communication. This keeps information organized and easy to find. The ability to share photos and files directly within conversations is extremely valuable in our industry, where visual communication is often necessary.
