The interface is straightforward and intuitive, making it simple to find the information I need and complete tasks efficiently. It helps streamline my daily work and reduces the time spent navigating the system, making it a reliable and user-friendly tool.

> **Cons**: Support technicians seem to need a higher-level understanding of the system and its features to provide effective assistance. When they aren't familiar with the issue or the functionality involved, troubleshooting can turn into a guessing game. We are often in a time-crunch and need fast fixes. Although I appreciate the technicians efforts to resolve, we sometimes prefer they simply escalate situations when they are unfamiliar with the topic and learn it at a later date, not on help time.

> Our overall experience with InTempo has been positive. The platform supports our core business operations through the Sales, Rental, and Re-Rental modules, with the Re-Rental module providing particularly strong value. 
That said, the system's AS/400 foundation feels increasingly dated and creates challenges from a usability and reporting standpoint. Reporting is heavily dependent on the Reporter application rather than being seamlessly integrated into the ERP, making data access and analysis less efficient than desired. We have also experienced recurring inventory variance issues, which impact confidence in inventory accuracy and operational visibility.

> **Cons**: Too many menu options sometimes make finding what you are looking for a little difficult but the white screen search option does help

> I am very happy with our experience with InTempo.  The report functionality helps us spot trends and find growth opportunities that we would not otherwise find.  Allows us to make smart decisions with our growth and plan accordingly.  Also, when questions arise - the support is fantastic.
