What I like most about CEIPAL ATS is its user-friendly interface, which makes it easy to navigate and manage candidates efficiently. Overall, it significantly improves productivity and makes the recruitment process much smoother.
Cons
If I had to mention what I liked least about CEIPAL ATS, it would be the occasional complexity in customization options, which can make tailoring the system to specific organizational needs a bit cumbersome. Also, at times, the speed of the platform can lag, particularly when handling large datasets. The GUI is pretty nice and it is easy to use for a new user. Candidate's profile are quite informative with all the relevant details clearly mentioned.
Cons
The option of special notes on a particular candidate can be made better. They should have a pop up option for those specific candidates.
