They need to improve the reports section. You cannot really generate quality reports. Also there is no option to print an expense claim or other things. Sure you can do ctrl+p but that prints the whole page. I find the integrations with 3rd parties really useful for getting applications in - and the tooling that allows several staff members to vet these applications before they go through our hiring process is an excellent way of sifting through to find the best applicants. The interview feedback process is very easy and great for subjectively reviewing candidates as I find time tends to distort the views of the interviewers compared to when the interview was done - this makes sure we progress the right candidates. Being able to login and use the hiring tools frequently allows us to understand how close we are to landing the perfect candidate.
