> **Cons**: The only difficulty I have experience is occasional interruptions in the transfer of funds, but they were handled quickly and efficiently.  Also, the time difference between the United States and England required an adjustment when reaching out of help in the beginning, but my account manager, Hayden Greenhall, does a spectacular job of keeping in contact and resolving any minor problems we have experienced.
