> **Pros**: IDP does things you can't easily do in most competing CRMs. It is tailored to a very specialized market segment that can force more generic systems to work, but really needs what IDP provides. We've tried a number of solutions, and were never happy -- particularly for our nonprofit and political needs -- until we found this. And at the same time, this works well for a business applications too, even though a business-focused CRM would be woefully inadequate for our other needs.
