> **Pros**: Multi-Factor Authentication options are very flexible. Support provided is very good and responses are provided in timely fashion. Requests for additional enhancements and customizing the product features are implemented very good as per Business Requirements.

> **Cons**: Only one issue that we were facing while using MiniOrange Radius Adapter and RSA Secure ID in ADFS. At present we couldn't use both the options and we were restricted to use only one as of now, which limits our flexibility.
