- Authenticated reception: BlueFiles is based on a strong "BluePass" authentication system that guarantees the digital identity of correspondents

-- The Outlook Addin: In addition to allowing encrypted exchanges simply from Outlook messaging, BlueFiles allows users directly from email to send large files or directories as well as to have full traceability (date/time of consultation of email and attachments)

- The secure deposit page: professionals can share from their email signature or directly the link to a fully customizable and end-to-end encrypted personal deposit page without the need to create an account for the depositary. This page is also useful for the transmission of large files.

- Secured forms: creating a form including personal or sensitive data, in particular identity card or any other important document, requires a high level of security and cannot lead to a transmission after collection to a transmission by simple email to a business service. BlueFiles makes it easy to compose the form and then share a simple link or integrate it into the company's website. Collected data will be fully encrypted end-to-end to the intended recipient for processing. The GDPR regulations are thus respected as well as the right to security of those who fill in the form.

- Automated sending and receiving utility: certain forms or certain email productions are done automatically from software and the latter can also benefit from automated transmission by BlueFiles for mass exchanges.

- Option on PDF format: the majority of sensitive or personal official documents are sent in PDF format. BlueFiles provides a PDF web smoother to directly access the content received but also security features such as control over printing or downloading and watermarking in transmission or reception to mark PDFs and monitor any data leaks.

- Authentication by SSO (Single-Sign-On): BlueFiles is compatible with SSO standards in order to avoid defining a different password for each service.

- Double Authentication (2FA): BlueFiles makes it possible to add a second authentication factor of the TOTP (Time based One Time Password) type in order to strengthen the connection of a new device or at each connection as desired.

BlueFiles permet de créer en plus dans sa messagerie un lien vers une page de dépôt utilisables par tous les correspondants (professionnels, particuliers) pour déposer des données sensibles ce qui éviter les transmissions par mail en claire. C'est une solution française qui a le visa de sécurité ANSSI et est SecNumCloud.
