Exciting! I love being able to take an idea and translate it into a video. Visual presentations are a driving force in today's marketing game and Promo let's me play with the big dawgs.
Pros
This software is very easy to use. Straight forward editing options as well as a huge selection of stock videos and images.
Cons
Limited fonts, this is a personal preference con. I'd like to see a few more font options and maybe some different animations for said fonts.

I really like promo. Our little business has received a lot more attention when we promote with video. Adding witty copy is fun and engaging, I really like doing marketing with this program!
Cons
On the downside, their music selection is still not great, especially the soothing, Spa-like stuff that we sometimes need, but I anticipate their music library will grow over time.

I've used them for 5 years. I've had problems in the past but have dealt with it. I'M DONE WITH PROMO. There are many, many other options out there not to have to deal with dishonest/deceptive billing practices.
Pros
Easy to use and implement. Pretty basic.
Cons
THEY'LL RUN YOUR CARD WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION. When done in error, they refuse to give refunds. Dishonest billing practices. Not responsive customer service.

Thanks for posting, and we have looked further into this for you.
As agreed with you last year, you had a discount on your monthly plan for 12 months which was valid until February inclusively. As discount was over as scheduled, the price went back to the original one starting from March. As we can see you have contacted us via email, and to help you out, we offered you 2 free months plus discount for 12 months after 2 free months are over. We are sorry that both options did not work for you.

I use promo to create social media content in order to keep my business on people's minds. I've had good interaction with my video posts created on Promo, and I'm very happy with it.
Pros
There are a lot of free clips and music available to create my videos. I really like the text functions - I just pick the effect I want to work with (out of many!) and type in my text. It's very easy to use.
Cons
There is a learning curve. It took me a while to figure certain things out. And while custom service was very nice, the person never did resolve my issue. I finally resolved it on my own.
