> **Pros**: Customer service is off the charts excellent, but the number one feature is all the features. We can track time for any project or task, set it to repeat daily/monthly/etc, then categorize it by client or project, and that's just the start. You can just track time or use the Pomodoro technique. Very feature rich and access to history.

> **Cons**: No iOS or Android apps -- yet. But it's in the works according to their Facebook page. I look forward to being able to sync across devices, but for now opening the website on my phone works just as well.
