My settings are initial alert, 24h reminder and 2 hour reminder and parents love the ease and use of confirming and canceling right from a message. I ahve contractors who are on my team, it takes me very little time to show them how to use the app. I love that I am able to add them to my team and they are able to use for their appointments as well\! I recommend this app and site to all of my colleagues as it is a true lifesaver and makes working so much easier\!
