It is very user-friendly and has helped us save a significant amount of time. For a busy medical office, having a reliable dictation service makes a big difference in keeping letters completed and sent out in a timely manner. I also appreciate how well it fits into our existing workflow. It is simple for our providers to use, and the time savings for both the physicians and administrative staff make it a valuable service for our office.
