ezVote allows voters to submit their ballots using any device with a secure internet connection. Digital ballots are mobile responsive, enabling voting from smartphones and tablets, in addition to desktop and laptop web browsers. Users can create a range of custom ballots for different purposes, with support for yes/no questions, choose one, choose no more than/no less than/exactly X selections, item ranking, write-ins, and more. ezVote links ballots directly to unique credentials of the members to ensure the integrity of each election by guaranteeing one ballot per voter.
ezVote’s dashboard gives users access to real-time metrics with the aim of simplifying the analysis of election outcomes. Weighted voting and both percentage-based and absolute number quorums are supported, and voters can choose to receive email receipts for their saved ballots. ezVote also interfaces with social media apps such as Twitter and Facebook, so voters can publicize their participation in elections with a single click, with the aim of increasing engagement and voter turnout.
