The ability to track version changes and share data across multiple user groups makes the tool very valuable in scenario analysis. Compared to other SaaS companies, I have never had an onboarding experience like Datarails. The team instinctively knew where we wanted to get and efficiently got us to that goal without making the process overwhelming. But again, the implementation and support teams have been right there to support and teach you how to fix those problems. Datarails has enabled us to do real time updates on our reporting really easily through the excel add in. This has sped up all of report generation and presentations to management. These are also easy to create and manage within Excel. As datarails wants to show everything in a format that is 'positive' on the balance sheet, the concept of the multiplying the liabilities by -1 to get to this was a bit difficult initially and also meant it was a bit difficult to tie back to internal reports as the signage was changed.
