The Knowi support team was responsive and we were able to figure it out in no time. It is a bit annoying to wait for each query to run in order to retrieve the fields to join across data sources however the Knowi team seems to be proactively releasing features and making the product easier to use. > > The product is useful and offset the need to hire data engineers due to the large collection of integrations. The dashboards were easy to set up and there is a good selection of visualizations to choose from. I like how this product is focused on functionality and has a lot of features that a lot of other products in the market do not have.
