> **Pros**: We like that it's a one-stop shop for marketing with incredible customer support\!  We can post to multiple platforms, track what people are interested in on our site, listen to leads, and get help from our rep within minutes.  Our rep, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\], is always making great suggestions, answering our questions or finding out the answers for us, and she makes us feel like we matter to her and to Surefire.

> **Cons**: At first we didn't like that we couldn't make direct changes to the website ourselves.  On our old platform we could go in and change things pretty easily.  We quickly learned that we should allow the 'pros' to do those changes and to be honest, all we have to do is send a request and it's honored in just a short time\!  We just had to get used to the new system.

> We were nervous to change at first and thought it was 'too good to be true' but decided after talking to several references, we'd give it a shot. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] was great getting us started and listened to what we wanted, made suggestions and edits, and we are very happy with the end product. > I will start with I am a very easy going person and do not complain or ever leave bad reviews.  I know things happen.  So I suppose my easy going attitude is why this went on for so long and I was taken advantage of and it cost me thousands of dollars.  I was with Surefire for over 5 years.  In the beginning (prior to them changing and outsourcing everything) they were decent.  Nothing amazing, but the website they built was decent and their platform was handy.  My rep was even very helpful at first.  We weren't seeing great results but kept being reassured it takes time.  Then after a couple years everything went way down hill.  I started getting a new rep every month b/c of the employee changeover.  Half of them I couldn't understand (outsourced overseas maybe?) and the other half would just try to explain things on the platform that I have been doing for years.  In fact I had to show some of them things on the platform they didn't know.  But they knew nothing about the SEO i was paying for other than the "reports" on my platform.  Which I'm not sure how accurate or legit those reports were anyway.  Finally it got so bad and our rankings were so far down on the search page I expressed my concerns to my fresh new rep.  I told here these were things I was paying them to do and I should not have to point out to them it wasn't working.  She had no clue how to help or answer me and just kept telling me things on the patform to better my ratings.  I then told her I was done and going to look for another company and her response was "Ok, is there anything else I can help you with?".  It's obvious their employees don't care and come and go so quickly that there is no way they can actually do anything to help your business.  I told her to transfer me to a manager that can help me cancel.  She did and this guy just kept trying to sell me more and more.  Ignoring the fact that they were not doing what they were supposed to be doing for the past several years.  I also later found out that most of what they were charging me for was something that was free for everyone anyway.  That's my fault for not doing my homework on that.  So finally I told them this was it and I was done.  It was a catastrophe trying to actually cancel with them.  They kept charging me but not providing anything I was paying for.  2 months of bills came and I paid them b/c I was in the middle of transferring my site and I did not want any issues.  Finally I told them no more and asked them to help provide some information on the website to make the transition easier.  That information was never provided.  They then continued to bill me.  When I called they said oh ok, we will issue you a refund and it will take 2-3 days.  Ok fine.  3 weeks later still no refund.  I called back and got the run around when trying to speak to the "managers" I had previously spoken to.  Finally I just kept calling back so much they said ok, we initiated the refund today and you should see it in 3-5 days.  Yep, the same refund they "issued" 3 weeks ago.  I doubt I ever see that refund and now I am going to have to cancel my credit card so they can't keep charging each month.  Horrible company - please don't waste your time and money.

> From the outset, Integrity Device Repair's journey with Surefire Local has been fraught with unfulfilled promises and persistent issues. Despite the initial assurance of a seamless experience, the reality was starkly different. The platform consistently failed to meet the expectations set forth in the SLA agreement, with frequent delays and unresolved issues that hindered our operations.&#10;&#10;One of the most frustrating aspects was the delayed response time from customer care. Our ticket submissions often languished without timely resolutions, leaving us unable to effectively utilize key features like GeoJuice or respond to customer reviews. This lack of support severely impacted our ability to engage with our clientele and manage our online presence effectively.&#10;&#10;The website development process was another area of significant disappointment. Promised a completion timeframe of 30-45 days, we found ourselves waiting far longer, with resolutions taking an exasperating 5-8 days to materialize. When the website was finally nearing completion, the quality was subpar, with mismatched font families and other design inconsistencies. Despite our repeated requests for corrections, these issues were never adequately addressed.&#10;&#10;Our attempts to seek a refund were met with silence, as our inquiries went unanswered despite multiple follow-ups. This lack of communication only compounded our dissatisfaction, leaving us feeling neglected and undervalued as clients.&#10;&#10;Ultimately, Surefire Local failed to deliver on its promises, resulting in a deeply unpleasant experience for Integrity Device Repair. The breach of the SLA and the refusal to issue a refund have left us with no choice but to express our discontent. Based on our experience, we cannot, in good conscience, recommend Surefire Local to any business seeking reliable and responsive service.
