Replicon is a project cost management and time tracking platform designed to assist businesses in accurately billing clients and contractors. Replicon invoices provide an up to date overview of project status and work in process (WIP) including real-time updates and break-downs for detailed and ongoing insights into project costings.
With Replicon configurable business validations, users can set requirements for project documentation and audits to provide supporting evidence for expense claims, time off requests, audit compliance processes, and timesheets of work and hours completed. Through third party integration, Replicon users can upload files using Google Docs, Dropbox, MS Sharepoint, and more as well as integrate with current CRM/PM/ERP systems.

Pros
Reporting showed us which customers were being visited ( and which weren't) with a customer report we created for them.
Cons
Had to ask support to open up some features, like Dashboard for instance, it's a free feature so should just be there when you sign up.

The way to stay on top of everything

Pros
The easy use of it's features and funcionalities. Our whole organization uses it and it has made time tracking, reporting and overall monitoring easier. We use it for time punches, overtime, salary review, employee details, vacation bookings, payroll.
Cons
We cannot attach documents in the clock in/out or time off bookings. For example, to add a medical certificate to justify a medical leave that was entered in the system.

Pros
The most impactful feature for us is the reporting. The fact that we can customize and create our own reports that meet our need is very useful and it's pretty easy to use too.
Cons
The feature that we think is missing and could be useful for us would be the ability to track the users' labor overtime.
Also, we feel that the validation rule assignment for Time Punches Timesheet template might need to be simplified, i.e. it would be great if we can just assign the validation rules for those who have the TPT template at their user profile, the same way we do for the ones with Standard Time sheet template.

Our overall experience to date has not been productive or satisfying. I would not recommend this product to any design firm working in Canada that uses QB.
Pros
It appeared to be easy to implement and with the app, easy for staff to track their time
Cons
Integration has been a nightmare. We have been at it since last November 2018 and we are still not live at the end of March 2019. It didn't work with our QB software system. Their "integration" team was not knowledgeable in their own system. We constantly get conflicting direction depending on who we are talking to. They have no manuals and their online help area is horrible and can send you in a loop with no answers. We have literally spend 100's of hours working on a program that should have been easily integrated.

Pros
It makes billing so much easier and less margin for errors. Its easy to navigate and update.
Cons
I would like to see more capabilities for employees to be able to run specific reports and not have access to all the reporting. We also need a way to track expenses with our grants and contracts. I am learning how ot use it better and like it more everyday.
