About Suralink

Suralink is a cloud-based workflow management solution designed to help accounting businesses streamline processes related to managing PBC (provided by client) lists, auditing, document transfer, and more. The platform comes with drag-and-drop functionality, which allows users to add files into the PBC lists and link them to client requests.

Suralink includes a tracking module, which enables managers to monitor client requests in real-time, as well as monitor team interactions across documents. The solution offers a host of features such as customizable templates, data import and export, roll forward, instant updates, approval workflows, audit trails, notifications, and more. The centralized dashboard also allows managers to review client engagement and manage document gathering in real time.

Suralink enables organizations to create personalized sub-domains with custom names and logos while the communication module lets managers add comments to client requests. Plus, the built-in secure document exchange system allows users to store encrypted documents and schedule automated backups.

Overall my experience has been excellent. If push notifications would be implemented I would have zero complaints.

Pros

I love the security that comes with using this product. It is very easy to communicate with clients via suralink and reassure them that their information would be handled carefully and securely.

Cons

I don't like that there isn't an option for push notifications and I have to type a passcode in each time I login.

I always recommend Suralink to friends at other firms. It's super self explanatory and easy to use. It keeps things simple, but also is enough to get the job done.

Pros

I like how easy it is to visualize what items have been submitted from the client and what we are still waiting on.

Cons

I don't like how it shows when we download files in the comments. If I download a file multiple times I don't want my client to see that.

It's good, but if I was making the decision what to use for PBC lists I'd choose smartsheet over Suralink, but your mileage may vary.

Pros

works well for PBC lists (provided by client) helps with client communication and has a good interface for back and forth conversations on various requests. generally easy to setup, navigate, and use

Cons

not as user friendly as a smartsheet, and a little more limited in abilities

As always, we're disappointed to hear that someone doesn't love our product. However, we firmly believe that while SmartSheet is a great general tool and can be used to manage PBC lists, our platform is tailored to the CPA experience. With dynamic request list management, live updates, instant notifications, and much more, Suralink is the best tool available for CPAs needing to increase efficiency and improve the clients experience around PBC lists. That being said, we always love to hear how we can improve and would be happy to do another training on our platform to ensure it meets your needs.
