> **Pros**: PegEx software has assisted our company across multiple facets of our company. It has streamlined our haz waste profiling \& manifest management processes. Our sales team has accurate, real-time sales reports for current leads, prospects \& current customers. The biggest "plus" in regards to PegEx is the customer service team. They are always on standby and willing to go the extra mile for the customer. We would recommend 10/10 to others.

After 2+ years of using PegEx, I still feel that our team has only scratched the surface of the platforms full capabilities. It is our goal in this next year to work closely with the PegEx support team to maximize this platform.

The PegEx Platform is truly reliable whether you're in the office or in the field and the mobile experience never lets me down when I need to access customer information on the road. We've seen a 20% increase in our close rate because The PegEx Platform allows us to optimize our industry-specific data. This puts vital information at our fingertips which gives us a leg up on the competition. The waste profile tool and custom document generator are can't miss features.

> **Cons**: It can be easy to duplicate customer information at times but you're able to quickly remedy the mistake. The user experience could be improved in the Calendar view.

> **Cons**: Limited security functions, like required fields. No ability to build my own reports. Doesn't feed other programs that we are using.

> To many feature changes without checking with the customer first. Seems like features changes are made by the platform team, but not necessarily in the best interest of the user. Feature requests take for every to get implemented.

> **Pros**: I really enjoy the reporting capabilities offered by Peg-ex, being able to pull what material is on site and track it has become a super useful tool for compliance and for our customers as well\!

> **Cons**: The "task" feature of Peg-ex is not commonly used by it and has not been a huge benefit to us yet. We are hoping that as we integrate more of the company into Peg-ex we can further develop and utilize this function.
