The tool to create and model the processes its great and provides different ways to integrate with other third party tools. As JBoss BPM Suite have been created based on BPMN 2.0 its easy to understand all notations for all types of activities, events, flows etc as is the same in other tools. Also it provides different ways to manage and monitor the processes when interacting with the process user (The life cycle). > > **Cons**: For some custom integrations with third party vendors or programs you have to develop, so it makes it a little difficult because there are not so much examples so you have to open a case with Red Hat support for help. The way to keep many versions of your processes it's poor and it lacks of integration with many other programs for continues integration.
